Ultrasonic Systems has developed coating technology for the thin film application of photoresist on semiconductor wafers and mems devices.

The Prism Coating System utilizes ultrasonic technology to apply a thin, uniform coating of photoresist in applications where spin coating is ineffective, such as wafers with micro vias and non-circular designs.

The Prism utilizes a "nozzle-less" ultrasonic spray head and high performance motion control platform for development and production environments.
